Rotational - Positioning on an Index Table

For applications requiring high resolution and smooth motion, the RK series 5-phase microstepping system provides both. The RK series also features a smooth drive function that reduces noise and vibration during low-speed operation without the need for a high cost pulse generator.

The DG series hollow rotary actuators utilize a built-in feedback device to monitor and prevent the loss of synchronism or missteps.

Description

5-phase microstep system delivers the highest resolution and lowest vibration by dividing the basic step angle. These systems offer basic resolutions as high as 0.00288° per step. Optional geared type motors can offer even higher resolutions.

The DG Series hollow rotary actuators from ORIENTAL MOTOR combine the precision of the AlphaStep stepping motor and driver with a large-diameter, hollow output table and gearhead.
