Can I use the LH linear head with Speed Control motor? |
|
Yes, ES series with speed control motor and US series can be used with LH linear head for horizontal direction. For the vertical (gravitational) direction, it is not recommended. |

Can I make the LH linear head speeds lower than the specification? |
|
|
The decimal gearheads can be used to reduce the speed. However, the maximum transportable mass stays the same as its specification. |

Can step motors be used with your line of linear heads? |
|

The LB and LF series linear heads are constructed for use with our AC reversible motors and cannot be attached to a step motor. We do however have a line of EZLimo Cylinders and EZLimo slides which incorporate step motors in a linear motion application. Please see the links below for our precision linear motion options: |
