AC Motor Speed Controllers - US Series
The US Series is a panel mounted control unit and speed control motor package, which conforms to the ROHS Directive. Wiring is performed by connecting with easy-to-use connectors. This series is optimal for easy speed control applications.
Easy Connection
The operation is possible just by connecting the control unit into the power supply after connecting the motor and control unit through easy-to-use connectors.
Easy Operation
The speed can be set easily with the potentiometer on the front panel of the control unit.
Variable Speed Range
50 Hz: 90 to 1400 r/min
60 Hz: 90 to 1600 r/min
Protective Earth Terminal on Motor
A Protective Earth terminal is provided on the 6 W (1/125 HP up to 40 W (1/19 HP) motors.
Long Life, Low Noise GN-S Gearhead Available
The new "long life, low noise GN-S gearhead" achieves a long rated life of 10,000 hours, twice the level of a conventional gearhead, by adopting innovative technologies and structure. Parallel Shaft models.
Available for 6 W ~ 40 W (1/125 HP ~ 1/19 HP) motors.
Approved by Major Safety Standards
The US Series is recognized by UL and CSA. Models certified under the China Cumpulsory Certification (CCC) System are also available. CE Marking is used in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive and EMC Directive.

Couplings / Brackets
These products are clamp type couplings used to connect a motor or gearhead shaft to the shaft of the equipment.
This is an aluminum die cast mounting bracket for geared motors.
Long, horizontal holes make it easy to make fine adjustments during installation.

Extension Cables
Extension cables for connecting the US Series motor and control unit. Two types are available depending on the motor output power.
Motors include 10 in. (250 mm) cable. The maximum extension length is 15.6 ft. (4.75 m).
Torque Arm
In order to prevent gearheads from rotating due to the reactive force of the shaft being driven, the torque arm acts as an anti-spin mechanism when a right-angle, hollow shaft type gearhead is installed.
For use with 5GU_RH gearheads.
