Oriental Motor U.S.A. offers Free Ground Shipping for online orders shipping within the United States & Canada. Orders outside of the U.S. and Canada are charged standard shipping rates.
Standard shipping rates apply for all other shipping methods, i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.
Only online orders are eligible for Free Ground shipping, orders not placed online will be subject to standard shipping rates for all methods.
North & South American Orders
Oriental Motor U.S.A. can ship orders anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico as well as Central and South America. If you are located outside of the Americas and placed an order, your local sales office will contact you for final processing.

Return / Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted. You can cancel your order by contacting the Sales Center at 1-800-418-7903 up until the time the order has shipped. After that time, you need to contact the Sales Center to inquire about returning any or all of your order.
Certain products cannot be cancelled once the order has processed and are subject to restocking fees. These products are noted with specific Return/Cancellation policies within the shopping cart along with your order confirmation. All products must be returned within 90 days from date of invoice and are subject to a service fee plus shipping & handling.
