The BLH Series Driver has been updated to now include three driver types; RS-485 Communications type, a Digital type driver or the traditional Analog type. The BLH Series is a 24 VDC, brushless DC motor and driver package offering a wide speed range of 100 to 3000 r/min (80 to 3000 r/min with digital driver type or RS-485 communication type). RS-485 Communication and Digital type driver is used with our MEXE02 support software (available for free download) for improved functions including torque sensing and predictive maintenance monitoring. A wide range of motor options are available to meet you application needs.
The BLH Series comes with long-life, high-strength gearheads that can produce up to 600 lb-in of torque.

The BLV Series R Type brushless DC motor (BLDC motor) speed control system offers the design of motor and driver significantly reduced in size and weight, yet high-power, and contributes to the battery driven automation.

100 W (1/8 HP) ~ 400 W (1/2 HP) BLV Series Brushless DC Motor (BLDC Motor) Speed Control Systems

The BLV Series is a high power, compact brushless DC motor and driver package with 100W (1/8 HP), 200 W (1/4 HP) and 400 W (1/2 HP) motors. Driver input voltages are 24 VDC and 48 VDC respectfully and is equipped to facilitate battery power input. The driver can be controlled via I/O or RS-485 communications. By adding a parallel gearhead or the hollow shaft flat gearhead, output torques can reach 970 lb-in. An electromagnetic brake is offered for vertical or load holding applications.
Extended functions such as 8 speed ranges, torque limiting and monitoring are available with the MEXE02 software (free download) or through the use of a controller module.
