When peristaltic pumps are driven by an inverter/VFD and a Three-Phase AC Induction Motor, the load often fluctuates based on the type and viscosity of the liquid, and transfer volume can become inconsistent.

Equipment uses a Three-Phase AC Induction Motor to drive a pump and transfer a liquid. (An inverter is used for speed control)
Application: Transfer and filling of various viscous liquids like food, cosmetics, resins, etc.

Using brushless motors like the BMU Series enables driving at a steady rotation speed from low speed to high speed, even when the load changes. High output power types at 200 W and 400 W are available.
Feedback control and PWM control provide steady speed control that is not affected by changes in load (viscosity).
The BMU Series has a wide speed control range from 80~4000 r/min. In addition, if within the rated torque, these motors maintain steady rotation speed even when the load size changes. They are suitable for applications that require constant torque from low speeds to high speeds.
Because brushless motors do not have cooling fans, they do not stir up dust. This prevents foreign particles from entering liquids such as food, cosmetics, and resins.
Gearheads with H1 food-grade lubricant are recommended for applications where food and beverages are handled.

What is H1 Food-Grade Lubricant?A grease registered with the NSF in the category of "Lubricants usable in applications where accidental contact with food is possible." What is NSF (NSF International)? It is an international third-party certification body headquartered in the United States that provides global services related to public health and the environment, including standards development, product certification, auditing, education, and risk management. |
