Power consumption costs can be high when you have many fans running continuously. When the temperature is already low, it's not necessary to keep running the fans to cool electronics.
The thermostats sold by Oriental Motor are switches that run the fan when the set temperature is reached and switch off the fan when the temperature drops. Efficient temperature control is possible when used in combination with a cooling fan.
Simply connect the thermostat in between the fan and the power supply.
There is no need to prepare a separate power supply for the thermostat.

We set the temperature at which the fan turns on to 40 °C and inspected how long the fan is running for in a 90-minute period. |
In the experiment, out of the 90 minutes of measurement time, the fan was on for a total of about 25 minutes, resulting in energy savings of about 72 % compared to when the thermostat was not used (fan was left on for 90 minutes). |

Wide Voltage Support |
We achieved low power consumption through the adoption of a built-in brushless motor. |
By using a brushless motor, heat generation can be reduced, and the expected life is 60,000 hours. |
The fans can be used with single-phase 100-240 VAC (50/60 Hz) power supply. |
