The Driver Can Incorporate Encoder Information, Reducing System Configuration Costs

CVD Series multi-axis type EtherCAT compatible driver is equipped with a function to incorporate encoder information without a host controller. When using motors with encoders, a high-speed counter unit is not required on the host controller side, contributing to overall equipment cost reduction and simplifying the system configuration.

Automatically Controlled Electromagnetic Brake Function Reduces Wiring

CVD Series multi-axis type EtherCAT compatible allows for automatic control of the motor's electromagnetic brake. Eliminates the need for brake control circuits and reduces program creation time. The driver can supply power directly to the electromagnetic brake, thus reducing wiring.

 

Driver Supplies the Power for Sensors

CVD Series multi-axis type EtherCAT compatible can supply 24 V power for sensors from the driver, eliminating the need for a power supply on the host controller side. Eliminates external wiring and reduces wiring man-hours.
