Oriental Motor Introduces EZS Series Linear Slides for Cleanroom Use

Oriental Motor is pleased to announce the release of the EZS Series Linear Slides for Cleanroom Use, designed to provide precise linear motion while minimizing particle generation in cleanroom environments.

The EZS Series for Cleanroom Use incorporates a low dust-generative roller structure, clean grease, and suction tube compatibility to help achieve ISO Class 3 cleanliness (equivalent to FED Class 1) when used with an appropriately sized customer-supplied suction system. These features make the series well-suited for applications in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, medical device production, and research laboratory environments where contamination control is critical.

The cleanroom models maintain the same core performance and similar dimensions as the standard EZS Series, offering a compact, high-rigidity design capable of handling substantial transportable mass and moment loads.

• Same specifications and similar dimensions as the standard EZS Series
