New FR gears 300 W and 400 W models with Hypoid or Helical gearheads

Oriental Motor USA is pleased to announce the expanded product line-up for the BMU and BLE2 Series brushless motor and driver products. The expanded products include new gears, power output options and IP66 class protection with stainless steel shafts. Cables are standardized in 3 different orientation and metal cable connector lever is now standard.
FR Gears (hollow shaft flat gear) are now available for both BMU and BLE2 brushless motors in 30 W (1/25 HP), 60 W (1/12 HP) and 120 W (1/6 HP) output models. The FR gears are popular as it provides a high permissible torque without any torque saturation or limitation. It can also lower costs while saving space by eliminating additional parts, such as a coupling or belt-and-pulley.
A 300 W (2/5 HP) output model is now available for both BMU and BLE2 Series in round, parallel shaft and Hypoid or Helical gearheads for high torque requirement. The benefit of the 300 W (2/5 HP) model is higher output torque than the single-phase 200 W (1/4 HP) type. A 400 W (1/2 HP) output model with Hypoid or Helical gear types is now available for the BLE2 Series.
Originally available on the 200 W (1/4 HP) BMU and BLE2 brushless motor, the metal cable connector lever with 3-way orientation is now standard.
