Oriental Motor Expands PKP Series with New 0.51” (13 mm) Stepper Motor Lineup

Torrance, CA – Oriental Motor is pleased to announce the expansion of its PKP Series with the introduction of a new 0.51” (13 mm) frame size—the smallest stepper motors ever offered in the lineup, shorter than a typical AAA battery with a mass of 21 to 33g.
The new 13 mm motors are available in both standard round-shaft configurations and harmonic gear types (30:1, 50:1, and 100:1 ratios). For optimal performance, the motors pair seamlessly with Oriental Motor’s CVD Series drivers.

Designed to support high-precision motion in tight spaces, the expanded PKP Series is well-suited for a variety of applications, including:

• Transporting ceramic substrates
• Handling electronic components
• Wire feed shafts for winding machines
• Peristaltic and syringe pumps
• Precision stages
