Oriental Motor Introduces First Stainless Steel BLDC Motor Compatible with BLE2 Series Drivers

Torrance, CA – Oriental Motor USA is pleased to announce the release of its first stainless steel brushless DC motor, expanding the BLE2 Series lineup to support demanding washdown applications. Designed for high temperature, high pressure environments, this new motor delivers reliable performance while meeting strict corrosion resistance requirements.

Key Features of the Stainless Steel Brushless DC Motor

• IP67/IP69K protection with corrosion resistant stainless steel construction
• Hygienic design with laser printed labels
• High efficiency (IE5 equivalent)
• Hollow shaft flat gearhead for high torque and space savings
• Motor and gearhead offered as a combination model

New Additions to the Product Lineup

• Motor Power: 200 W (¼ HP)
• Gear Ratios: 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 30:1, 50:1
• Recommended Drivers: BLE2D200-AS or BLE2D200-CS (BLE2 Series)

The stainless steel BLDC motor also offers high efficiency equivalent to IE5 standards, helping reduce energy consumption while maintaining consistent torque output. A hollow shaft flat gearhead is integrated into the design to provide high torque in a compact footprint. The motor and gearhead are available as a pre-matched combination for simplified selection and installation.
