The EMR Series fans are equipped with a brushless motor and feature low power consumption, low heat generation, large air flow, and high static pressure. These AC input fans are offered in 180 mm or 200 mm frame sizes and have an estimated life up to 60,000 hours. Available with alarm and variable speed functions.

Brushless Motor Equipped to Save Energy and Increase Performance
The EC fan EMR Series equipped with a brushless motor is high efficiency, high performance cooling fan with energy saving, long life, low noise, and lightweight features. The fan with low-speed alarm improves equipment reliability, and the variable speed operation enables further energy saving and noise reduction. It also contributes to solving issues such as the need to cool as efficiently as possible with a single lightweight fan, while also reducing electricity costs and other costs.

By using brushless motors, power consumption is greatly reduced compared to conventional products, while having the same characteristics. Furthermore, the brushless motor generates low heat, the heat generated by the fan drive circuit can be reduced. In addition, the same characteristics can be achieved regardless of what frequency is used.

Fans with variable speed function* can adjust the air flow of the fan.
Power consumption and noise can be reduced by appropriately adjusting the air flow.
*The products equipped with variable speed function are applicable to variable speed types with low-speed alarms with a frame size of 180 mm (EMR1865-□) and 200 mm (EMR2090VMH-A).

Speed Setting Method
Rotation speed can be set as follows. Products with a frame size of 180 mm can perform 2-speed operation*1 with ON/OFF switches, etc. Please refer to the operating manual for details.

Fan With Low-Speed Alarm* Improves Equipment Reliability
The alarm output function is activated when the rotation speed drops due to unexpected circumstances such as end of service life of the cooling fan or by the ingress of foreign particles, etc.
This makes it possible to replace the fan before it comes to a complete stop.
Even if the cooling capacity of the fan is reduced, the impact on the equipment can be minimized, contributing to improved reliability of the equipment.
*Products equipped with the low-speed alarm function are applicable to low-speed alarm types and variable speed types with low-speed alarms with a frame size of 180 mm and 200 mm.

Thermostat
Thermostats automatically perform ON/OFF fan control in accordance with the temperature fluctuation inside the equipment. It helps improve the equipment's "environmental" performance relative to energy savings, noise reduction, etc.
